With increased attention on water fluoridation in the UK, I re-tested all leading reverse osmosis systems for fluoride removal in a hard-water household. For 2026, the Waterdrop G3P600 and G5P700A remain the most effective tankless solutions, consistently achieving ~99% fluoride reduction. I have also added the Osmio Zero as the best non-plumbed alternative for renters and flats.
The best water filter for fluoride UK homeowners can buy in 2025 is one that removes fluoride, chlorine, heavy metals, PFAS, pesticides and chemical by-products for the cleanest, safest drinking water possible. Many standard filters do not reduce fluoride, so choosing the right system is essential.
